Carrie is Not Alone...

So, my husband and I went off this past weekend as well to celebrate our 2-year anniversary, and I didn't do one day of blog exercises either!!! :(

Although, I don't think it was a total waste and I didn't totally backtrack, because we did indeed do a lot of walking by going to Ruby Falls and Rock City in Chattanooga, TN! :) Both beautiful & interesting places. So maybe I didn't get too out of routine! But I will also be catching up this week and as Carrie put it so well, tomorrow is a new day and we get a fresh start!

My weekly challenge for the 13th-18th is:

*Choose one or more of the following to use as part of a meal TWICE this week:
-Celery
-Chili Peppers
-Garlic
-Cherry Juice
-Walnuts
-Green Tea
-White Tea

"Why?" you may ask... Here are the medically-proven & published benefits of using such ingredients:

Celery - helps prevent the plaque buildup in teh brain that can lead to Alzheimer's.
Chili Peppers - can boost your metabolism by more than 20%.
Garlic - boosts your immune system.
Cherry Juice - helps regulate your internal clock.
